The primary function of this position is to deliver Legendary Service by projecting a positive image as an Assistant Member Experience Manager for Dover Federal Credit Union by assisting with the direction and administration of branch operations. Acts on behalf of the Member Experience Manager when needed. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Assists with the coaching, development, and general training of branch team members, including product knowledge, ethical cross-selling of products/services, and operational growth. Completes high level duties and assignments and provides support to team members and members with complex and difficult tasks
Under the direction of the CIOO, the AVP of Innovation will supervise and maintain the overall direction of the CU’s Innovations area. The AVP of Innovation is ultimately responsible for managing and directing the functions pertaining to the Innovation area of the credit union which includes Information Technology infrastructure, digital optimization initiatives, data security, and online services. The role of this department is to be solution focused and able to effectively work with other departments. This position, by its very nature, requires the individual to be agent and champion of change that fearlessly challenges the status quo in a very team-based approach.

The primary purpose of this position is to perform routine accounting functions in accordance with credit union policies and procedures, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and federal laws and regulations. Functions include maintaining and reconciling general ledger and subsidiary accounts, verifying accounting data, and the compilation of data and reports necessary to support financial reporting and audits/exams.
The primary function of this position is to manage and lead the Member Resource Center. This includes performing duties as the direct supervisor of the Member Resource Center staff, ensuring that all established policies and procedures are followed and excellent service provided. Perform coaching, development, and general training of the Member Resource Center staff. Perform various department functions as required and assigned by management. Provide ongoing support to staff and members with complex issues.
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver Legendary Service by projecting a positive image as a Member Experience Representative for Dover Federal Credit Union by performing various transactions, account maintenance, cross-selling products, and providing supportive services to both internal and external members.
